- Full Registration includes admission to the keynote session, featured agency session, daily technical sessions, workshops, IBC exhibit hall, exhibitor's party and the Monday/Wednesday exhibit hall buffet luncheons. The Bridge Awards Reception is an optional item that can be purchased.
- One-Day/Two-Day Registration selections include the technical sessions, special interest sessions, IBC exhibit hall and corresponding exhibit function for that day(s) only.
- You will still see the quality technical presentations as offered in all previous IBC's; these are referred to as "Technical Sessions", and include papers grouped into sessions of common subject matter.
- We are offering several "Seminars" that are educational programs for continued training.
- We also offer a number of "Workshops" presented by many of our co-sponsors, and other industry-leading groups on an even wider variety of bridge industry subject matter.
- Many of these same groups have coordinated their "Committee Meetings" during the dates of the IBC; some of which are open to all conference registrants.

- Cancellation Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing. No refund requests will be honored after May 28, 2011. If you do not cancel, and do not attend the IBC, you will be responsible for your full registration fees. Substitute attendees are welcome. All refunds are subject to a $25 administration processing fee. Some IBC events are subject to minimum participation; should you register for an event that is cancelled, you will be refunded your fee.

On-Site Registration
The IBC Registration Desk is located in Hall A of the David L. Lawrence Convention (DLLCC).

On-Site Registration will accept company or personal checks drawn on a US bank, travelers checks, bank transfers, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express only), and cash. Electronic transfers and purchase orders will not be accepted.
Bus Tour of Bridges
Pittsburgh is the city of bridges, and the IBC is pleased to once again offer our tour of unique area bridges. More details will be available soon. This guided tour departs from the Convention Center at 1:00pm on Tuesday.
An additional fee of $40 is required - please make your reservation on the form.
Professional Development Hours (PDH)
Earn Professional Development Hours (PDHs) by attending the IBC!
The Engineers' Society of Western Pennsylvania (ESWP), sponsor of the IBC, has been recognized as a Continuing Education Provider by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers, as well as many other state licensing boards. As such, your attendance at the IBC may qualify for continuing education credits.
The IBC has been approved as a continuing education provider for New York! Don't miss the opportunity to earn as many as 20 PDH's at the World's Premier Conference for Bridge Industry Professionals! The Keynote Session, all Technical Sessions and all Seminars are eligible for NY State PE continuing education credit.
Name Badges
Name badges will be provided to all registered attendees and are required to enter all areas of the DLLCC. All attendees, including "Exhibit Hall Only" registrants, must check in at the IBC Registration Desk to be issued a badge. No badges will be mailed.
Receipts and Certificates of Attendance
All attendees who register online will receive a receipt/confirmation via email, upon completion of the registration process and payment. Additionally, attendees will receive a paper receipt onsite, which will be attached to the attendee's badge. Any additional printed receipts or certificate of attendance will be available on-site at the Registration Desk.
